Welcome to Pets International Limited. Our business is to safely transport pets by air to many destinations around the world. To help us do that, we need to collect and use information about you.

To provide you with a quote, to manage your booking and help to manage and improve our services, we may collect:
Your name, contact details, information about your pet and information about the journey you wish to book;
Payment card information, via a payment provider. We do not directly process or store your payment card information or account details;
If you contact us to give feedback on our service, we will use that information to help improve. This may be stored anonymously or linked to a client record.
Lawful Basis: We process this data as part of entering into or performing a contract with you, or for our legitimate interests in improving the quality of our services.
b. Information from other sources
To make sure that our website operates properly and is secure. We automatically collect and use technical information about the device you are using to contact us.
We may receive information from payment companies to manage payments, as part of performing our contract with you.
We may receive information from third parties including transport, and veterinary providers.
Lawful basis: We process this information as it is in our legitimate interest to do so, in order to provide services to you, or with your consent.
